VITAS Tenant Improvement Project Commencement

Luca Architects has been awarded and construction has started for VITAS Healthcare. VITAS has 48 years of experience in hospice care and is the nation's largest single-source provider of end-of-life care. This space located at the Regent Bank building in Naples, Florida consists of two floors totaling 12,000 SF of renovated area. Scope included all finishes and office reconfiguration and new conference room. Connor+Gaskins Studio is the General Contractor on this project.

Lunar St, Naples contract awarded

Luca Architects has been selected to design and build a new custom residence in the vibrant Bayshore District of Naples, Florida. We are delighted to commence this exciting project in one of the city's most promising and rapidly evolving neighborhoods.

Ideally situated within walking distance of the popular Celebration Food Truck Park, in close proximity to the Naples Botanical Garden, and just minutes from downtown, the Bayshore District is poised to become Naples' next premier destination. Lunar Drive, a tranquil street in the heart of this area, is undergoing a thoughtful transformation, with contemporary new homes gracefully replacing older structures.

The residence currently under design will feature approximately 2,000 square feet of living space, complete with a private pool and a versatile guest suite. This thoughtfully planned guest suite offers the flexibility to serve as a private retreat for visitors or as a secluded short-term rental opportunity, such as through Airbnb.
