MODERN FARMHOUSE

This project is located in Washington County, Pennsylvania, on the client's family farm. Although the farm is no longer active, the property still features the original barn, and the home is thoughtfully sited to capture the rolling hills and scenic views.

The residence was designed with a simple footprint, allowing for future expansion if needed while maintaining its connection to the surrounding landscape. The design reflects the client's vision for a timeless, functional home that blends seamlessly with its rural setting.
