PROUD COMPANY
west end, pittsburgh, pa
The Proud Company was in need of relocating its headquarters. The owner had an uncle who owned a beautiful building on Main Street in the West End. The problem was that the upper level had sat empty and neglected for many years, while the main level had become a storage area. It was hard to see how the building could possibly be used again.
Ultimately, we looked past the junk, leaking roof, and holes in the walls. We took the company's involved program and transformed it into a great space that respects the history of the building while incorporating new materials and functions.
